Introducing new features at our upgraded website AdagioXL.com! In our ongoing efforts to streamline processes and provide our wholesale clients with the very best experience we have added some new features to the AdagioXL wholesale website!

-Adding to an order – You can now add an item to a recently placed order via the wholesale website. If the original order has not yet been processed by our packing team, you can put a forgotten item into your shopping cart and see an option to add it to existing order. This will combine them for you automatically. Check out our Making a Purchase FAQ here.

-Save for later – The wholesale shopping cart will now allow you to save items for later by clicking a box to the left of the item in your cart. This will let you checkout with current items, but the saved item will be there for you when you return for later purchase. This option can also be viewed in our FAAs under Making a Purchase and Edit Cart Quantity.

-Returns – Sending back an inadvertently ordered item can now easily be done via your account. The return option will appear for eligible items in My Orders and look for the returns and claim icon on the upper right. Please note that our return window is 90 days from purchase and is only for unopened items. Please check out our return FAQs.

-SMS Notifications – Sign up for SMS and always be up-to-date on incoming shipments and so much more!
