If you already serve tea to-go and are in a destination location, this article is not for you. (But by all means, read on!) Your job is to keep the tea flowing and guests hydrated. However, if you are an online retailer or a physical shop with no tea to-go, consider ways to encourage summer travelers and event attendees to bring their teas along on their adventures and boost your tea sales.

Marketing your teas with lifestyle images of happy, refreshed people with tall glasses of colorful iced teas tell people that TEA is a part of their life!

Promote your offering of travel tumblers and bundle with teabags if you have them (full leaf, of course) or small loose-leaf tea tins to take along. Remind the public that tea is great for hydration and is an easy thing to carry along with them.

Have online events showing how easy it is to make iced tea either via cold-brew or traditional hot-brew. Once they learn how un-fussy it is to brew delicious iced tea, they are sure to order more!

Remind them that brewing tea at home is a mere fraction of the cost of purchasing tea drinks when out in the world. Such a simple way to save money!

Self-care is everything these days! Taking calming herbal teas can help when dealing with social anxiety or other apprehensions brought about by the pandemic and global crises. A great herbal iced tea is spa time in a bottle! The perfect accompaniment for time in nature, en route to a museum, or festival, or quiet time at the beach.

Use all of these concepts to encourage your customers to take tea with them for a great summer of iced tea sales!
