You’ll find bulk sacks listed below the 1 lb and 5 lb options on each product page. If a tea isn't available in bulk size, you’ll instead see a "Join Co-Op" option. Learn more about all our bulk options below!

Bulk Sack Co-Op

To maintain our commitment to freshness, bulk sacks are only offered for our most popular teas. For teas with demand below our machine minimum of eight sacks, bulk sizing is not available year-round. To better serve you, we’ve introduced a new Co-Op System for customers who need less than the 8-sack minimum.

• If two or more clients collectively commit to purchasing 8 sacks, we'll create a fresh batch for that Co-Op.

• When you click "Join Co-Op," you’ll enter the number of pounds you wish to commit to.

• You can also invite colleagues to join and help meet the minimum.

Other options include purchasing all 8 sacks yourself or opting for 1 lb pouches instead.

Tea Co-Op Fulfillment

Once a Co-Op reaches the 8-sack minimum, we’ll send you an email notifying you that production is about to begin. At that time:

• A new order will be created for the quantity you've committed to.

• You’ll be charged accordingly.

• Your tea will be processed, blended, packaged, and shipped to you as soon as it’s ready. You can track your Co-Op’s progress from your Account page.

Schedule Sack Purchases

Do you frequently purchase in bulk and want to reduce lead time? Our Schedule Sacks feature is the perfect solution!

Simply let us know when you plan to place your next bulk tea order. This information is passed to our Production Team, allowing them to prepare your order ahead of time, helping to eliminate any production delays.

There’s no commitment to buy—just share your plans so we can ensure your teas are ready when you are.

Reserve Products

Want to eliminate out-of-stock issues and reduce lead times entirely? Our Reservation Process can help!

From your Account page, you can reserve specific teas, ensuring stock is available just for you. By placing just a 15% deposit, we’ll hold inventory you can draw from whenever needed.

Reserving Single Origin Teas

• Reservations are open from January 1st to April 30th each year.

• Reserved teas arrive in late fall or early winter.

• A 15% deposit secures your reserve; the remaining 85% is paid as you draw down your stock.

• Be sure to reserve enough to last until the next winter delivery.

• Minimum: 1 sack per tea.

Reserving Blended Teas

• Blended tea reservations are available year-round.

• Reserve stock to guarantee availability and eliminate lead time.

• We recommend allowing at least six months of lead time for blend reservations.

• A 15% deposit secures your stock, with the remaining balance payable as you order.

• Minimum: 8 sacks per tea.
